The patent of our company increases the strength of the mainboard of the engineering vehicle radiator, including the mainboard, heat pipe, connecting groove, support plate and heat dissipation belt. The mainboard is two parallel pieces and are respectively connected to the water inlet chamber and the water outlet chamber. The heat dissipation pipe is located between the two mainboards and is connected to one mainboard at both ends. The connecting groove connects the mainboard and the heat dissipation pipe, and the end of the heat dissipation pipe is inserted into the connecting groove. The support plate vertically connects the mainboard to form a frame structure that accommodates the heat dissipation pipe, the connecting groove and the heat dissipation belt. The heat dissipation belt is arranged between the heat dissipation pipes and between the heat dissipation pipes and the support plate. The two mainboards of the utility model are connected to a number of heat dissipation pipes by increasing the connection groove of the contact surface. Compared with the existing technology, the root contact surface of the heat dissipation pipe is increased, thereby increasing the mechanical strength, reducing the probability of tearing of the heat dissipation pipe, and extending the service life of the engineering vehicle radiator.
