Main way:
Used for diesel heat dissipation in Japanese excavators. The diesel radiator is mainly composed of a radiator core, a water inlet chamber, a water outlet chamber, and a heat sink. The coolant flows inside the radiator core, while the outside is the flow channel for cold air. The radiator core is a key component responsible for achieving heat exchange between the coolant and the air.
The working principle of the diesel radiator is to achieve heat exchange through coolant flow and air convection. The heat generated by the diesel engine is transferred to the radiator through the coolant, which flows in the radiator core. At the same time, the external air absorbs heat through the radiator, thereby reducing the temperature of the coolant and keeping the engine within a suitable operating temperature range.
Diesel radiators are widely used in various diesel engines, especially in high-power diesel engines that require efficient heat dissipation. In order to ensure the efficiency of the radiator, regular cleaning and maintenance are essential. When cleaning the radiator, it is necessary to remove the air intake grille, clean the debris on the protective net, and flush it with appropriate water pressure to keep the heat dissipation channel unobstructed.
